I had the pleasure of working with Eric with my jeep grand Cherokee … Eric is nothing short of an absolute professional I cannot say enough how awesome Eric and his team are!! My jeep required nearly 10,000$ worth of work, I did have a warranty and not only did Eric get it covered ( which was extremely low odds as car shield will look for about anything to get out of having to cover) but the communication throughout the process was better then any I’ve ever had! Needless to say they have permanently won my business and I cannot recommend them enough!"

"The team at JB was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They had me come in for a free diagnostic appointment immediately after I called, had the parts available and took my car that day despite being a walk in, drove me to work, AND hand delivered my vehicle to my work when it was ready. They took the time to show me what the problem was and explain what needed to be fixed instead of just throwing a quote at me. They also noted they price match. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them/ will be using them again in the future when needed!"
